gmlx.co.uk is operated by GEMLUX.TM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11528864, with its registered office at 150B High Street, Teddington, TW11 8HZ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at gemluxtmltd@gmail.com or 07584250529.
GEMLUX is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the brands we sell. Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the items.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on our website. If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to items that are faulty or not as described, and the right to cancel described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
3. Our items
We sell new and pre-owned designer pieces and fine jewellery. Each item is unique or limited, and the photographs show the actual item you will receive. We describe the condition of every item using our condition grades (New, New without box, Worn once, Gently used and Pre-owned), together with notes on any visible signs of wear, and the condition forms part of the item's description. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
Items are not covered by the original brand's warranty, and brands may not service items bought from resellers.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order before then, and refund you in full, if:
- the item is no longer available;
- there is an obvious error in the price or description;
- we cannot verify your identity or payment, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
For high-value orders we may ask for proof of identity and address before dispatch.
5. Price on request
Some items are listed as "Price on request". Ask us for a quote and we will reply with a price, which is valid for the period stated in our reply. The quoted price is the price you pay for the item, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any duties collected at checkout are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
7. Ownership and risk
Ownership of an item passes to you once we have received full payment. The item is our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
8. Authenticity
Every item is inspected before it is listed. Our Authenticity Guarantee explains what we check and how we will refund you if an item is shown not to be authentic.

10. Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We will always try to resolve it quickly. Raising a payment dispute does not affect your statutory rights, but it may delay a resolution.
11. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not responsible for business losses, or for losses that were not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Website use
The content of this website, including photographs and descriptions, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and you keep any protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
