Shipping policy

We ship from London to customers in the UK and worldwide. Every order is packed by hand, insured to its full value and sent with a tracked, signed-for service.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Items that need additional checks, such as high-value pieces, may take up to two working days.

UK delivery

• Standard tracked delivery: free.
• Next working day delivery by DHL Express: £5.99.
• Collection from our London location by appointment, once available.

International delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL Express, usually within 1 to 4 working days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are your responsibility. We cannot predict these charges.

If you refuse a parcel or do not pay duties due on delivery, the parcel is returned to us. We will refund the item price less the outbound and return shipping costs and any duties we are charged.

Signature and security

• A signature is required for every delivery. Parcels are not left in a safe place.
• We may ask you to verify your identity or payment details before dispatching high-value orders. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel and refund it in full.
• For security, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

If something goes wrong

Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, or as soon as you can if it has not arrived, and we will resolve it with the carrier and replace or refund the item.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
