Authenticity Guarantee

Every piece sold by GEMLUX is inspected by hand in London before it is listed. If an item you buy from us is ever shown not to be authentic, we will refund you in full.

How we check every piece

  • Materials and construction: leather, hardware, stitching, weight and finish, compared against verified examples of the same model and season.
  • Markings: date codes, serial numbers, heat stamps, hallmarks and .925 silver stamps, tags and labels.
  • Provenance: receipts, original packaging and the seller's history. We verify the identity of everyone who sells to us.
  • Jewellery: precious metal hallmarks, and stone grading reports from GIA or IGI where available.

Photographs on our website show the actual item you will receive, including any signs of wear.

Our guarantee

If an item you bought from us is shown not to be authentic, we will refund the full price you paid, including delivery, with no time limit. To make a claim, email gemluxtmltd@gmail.com with your order number and a written opinion from a recognised independent authentication service. We will review the claim, arrange the return of the item at our cost and refund you once it is received.

Independent reseller

GEMLUX is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the brands we sell. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Items bought from resellers are not covered by the original brand's warranty, and brands may decline to service them.

Is everything you sell authentic?

Yes. Every piece is inspected by hand in London before it is listed, and photographs show the actual item you will receive.

What happens if an item turns out not to be authentic?

We refund the full price you paid, including delivery, with no time limit. Send us your order number and a written opinion from a recognised independent authentication service.

Are you affiliated with the brands you sell?

No. GEMLUX is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or authorised by any brand. Brand warranties do not apply to resale items.

Do jewellery pieces come with certificates?

Precious metal pieces are hallmarked, and diamonds come with GIA or IGI grading reports where available. Each listing says what is included.
